Police in Tsukubamirai, Ibaraki Prefecture, have arrested a 45-year-old woman on suspicion of assault after she injured another woman by poking her in the face with an umbrella while in a car at a park last month.
According to police, Satomi Okazaki, a self-professed therapist, allegedly attacked the victim, who is in her 60s and from Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture, twice with an umbrella on March 7, Kyodo News reported. The tip of the umbrella pierced the victim’s left ear and chin.
Police said the two were acquaintances and met. on the internet in 2015. They also said the victim had previously consulted them about Okazaki after she caused an injury to her face by hitting her with a full PET bottle on Feb 17, but did not file a criminal complaint.
Police said Okazaki has denied the charges and quoted her as saying there is no evidence that she assaulted anyone.

This is mind boggling!!! Both are in need of some serious mental health advice. The victim because she allowed herself to become a victim after being attacked previously only to become attacked again. On the flip side Satomi Okazaki, a self-professed therapist REALLY needs Psychological help. Lets just hope she was not providing mental therapy to the victim. Okazaki denied the charges and said there is no evidence that she assaulted anyone but the victim has injuries. This lady has a dual personality and is obviously a liar!

maybe my english is poor but i can't seem to picture this? so the victim is at a park and is probably running to her car while the assaulter is chasing her with an umbrella... she finally manages to poke her as the victim is gets into her car?

She should be lucky it wasn’t her eye. Because of my height, I wear sunglasses in crowded places in winter and summer and rainy season to avoid the spikes on the end of umbrellas. Before I had to wear an eyepatch for one month.
