Woman arrested for operating prostitution ring out of massage parlor in Tokyo

Police in Tokyo have arrested a 55-year-old Chinese woman for allegedly operating a prostitution ring at a massage parlor in Suginami Ward.

Liu Ru Jun , who operated the massage parlor Neige in Nishi-Ogikubo, was arrested for violating the Anti-Prostitution Law, Sankei Shimbun reported. According to police, she provided her employees with a place to engage in prostitution from Nov 25 to Dec 13.

While the parlor offered standard massages, police believe that prostitution was repeatedly carried out there. Around 100 customers visited the parlor during a one-month period from mid-November to mid-December.

Police said Liu has denied the charge and quoted her as saying she was not aware that prostitution was going on and that she quit in November.

These places are a dime a dozen. Who did she forget to pay off?

How many police were her client

Deport her.

Hear! Hear!

Can't have foreigners competing with Japanese pimps, especially in these hard times when more women are turning to prostitution out of desperation and Abenomics.

What's the address? I certainly want to avoid that place...

hahaha

Is that a joke in view of hundreds of thousands of such places around Japan in plain sight ?

Again, obvious Yakuza and politicians mingling against a foreign party.

Forgot to grease the wrong... palms. And likely called it what it is instead of calling it a "Health Salon" or "Soapland".

Based on what?

Police detective work? (No)

Being clients? (probably)

Taking bribes? (Yes)

Yo, Liu Ru Jun, make that money girl. But make sure you pay off the authorities like every other dirty business out there, or you get in trouble.

Must have missed paying a bribe to the local Police chief

Occams razor says she didnt pay off the mob so that she can operate safely. Of course the local cops know exactly what is going on in their area. If they act on usually ignored laws or not, that depends.

Officer : I'm 99% sure they are operating a prostitution ring out of this massage parlor.

Boss: well if you are sure let's bring her in for questioning.

Officer: woah, hold on, I think we need to be 100% sure. I will volunteer to do some extra zangyo on this case.

I'm willing to bet that she was competing with the local joint or just forgot to pay her rent.

She is Chinese, time to stir up a bit of well needed nationalism.

Err, no, not soapland. That is a different claim. Assume she called it health. relaxation, or massage something.

My only question is How? With all the brothels and sexual services around Japan, what makes hers any different? Even a person void of any senses can easily locate these services in Japan.

Free Liu Ru Jun! Free Liu Ru Jun! "I am Liu Ru Jun"

Captain Renault would be shocked, shocked that this would be occurring in Nishi-Ogikubo!

And if Liu quit the place in November who was running it afterward? Something doesn't add up here.

Good work, hoping for more arrests of parasites and cockroaches in future.

How many police were her client

probably none.

She was unaware that prostitution was going on. Yeah she just rented the dirty little shack out so they could go have some tea in there.

Deport her.
