And yet claims he had no intention to kill her.

Horrific, painful death and I feel sorry for her...but she is not 100% blameless.
Barzathel
She borrowed 2.5 million yen, refused to repay it, and made herself unreachable after a court ruling order her to pay the money back. She definitely didn't deserve to lose her life over a money dispute, but it's hard to say she was 100% innocent in that whole story.
bass4funk
Exactly, 100% agreed

So she scammed him, ran away and found out.

Understandable.

Many people are making IRL streaming without bothering other people. I enjoy several and I'm impressed with their qualities and technical abilities. Young Japanese speaking Japanese and English in their streaming.

That is why in society we have rules and laws, when someone break those rules society have ways to make that person responsible. Nobody is ever 100% innocent but that in no way make it the crime here less repulsive.
The actions are what is completely outside of what is acceptable.

He started frequenting her restaurant, so either the food was great or he started stalking her then. Probably started giving her money in hopes of a relationship. No normal person borrows money to give to a waitress, no matter how sad her story is.

Gallows for that scumbag..

If IRL streaming is not your like don’t watch them. Millions of viewers enjoy them.
bass4funk
That wasn’t the point, why is it that the left want to just look at only one side of every political argument. They want to just look at what THEY think is good and wholesome and not the realization of what and how things really are. Thank God for X! Were it not for them we would still be reading a one-sided political echo-chamber Be over there if people want to chime in.

OMG. What does "political argument" have to do with the murder of a woman who was IRL streaming at the moment of the crime and who owned the murderer ¥2.5 million. I just don't see where you are going with your comment.
bass4funk
Everything. The woman was murdered, that’s a fact and it was horrible, that’s another fact, but to dismiss the reasons why is just totally one-sided and irresponsible. Trying to silence, delete an opinion is counter-productive to a bigger discussion. All sides should be heard whether you agree with them or not.
That’s ok, you never do and I’m not trying to make you see.
virusrex
When an opinion is false, or tries to twist a situation by pretending it is something vey different there is no benefit on hearing it, there is no loss in censoring it. Agreeing or not is irrelevant, people willingly misrepresenting something so they can try to impose that opinion is what is not justified.

She shouldn't have broken the law and not paid back his money.
He shouldn't have killed her.

Jeez...lots of victim blaming here from posters.
The perp. obviously a psycho who went crazy in a stabbing frenzy.
Yeah, I say the victim is 100% innocent.
wallace
Not all IRL happens on the streets. many from homes, restaurants, and shops.
bass4funk
No, but the majority do
some, yes
therougou
This isn't your normal victim blaming, as the court obviously ruled that she was guilty.
No, she didn't deserve to be killed, but young women scamming older men is a common trend.
So every once in a while someone is gonna scam the wrong guy and pay for it. And let's admit it, anyone that takes out loans to lend money has at least one screw loose to begin with.
timeon
The name of this movie is con-artist vs psychopath. With a tragic ending: one dead, the other in prison, hopefully for the rest of his days.
GuruMick
The rougou above....hey buddy, Courts in CIVIL matters do not find you GUILTY or INNOCENT.
Thats reserved for CRIMINAL LAW matters.
Pretty basic stuff. Civil proceedings find for you or against you.
And nobody deserves to be stabbed to death over a small loan.
Now this is where the criminal law will apply.
Got it now ?
Ah_so
The woman is a victim here. Yes, she wasn't totally in the right - she had probably manipulated the man earlier - but what he did was so outrageous, disproportionate and premeditated that seeking to a blame her a bit is not right.
The only thing is to remind young women not to get involved with middle aged loners - it won't end well.

This incident shows a flaw in the judicial and other systems.
He won in the court, but she could ignore it. He consulted police, but they did nothing.
(And, he lived in dire poverty while she was getting much money and lived in a "tower mansion".)
GuruMick
Noway...I assume there are ways to enforce Court orders, like enforced payment etc, with the authority of the Court.
Stabbing not on the list of approved methods.

@GuruMick
Can you read? How about the part where I specifically said she didn't deserve to die?
If you want to go on a rant that's fine, but don't misquote people.
