'Bad Hair' movie explores Black women and hairstyle messages

This looks interesting - and an important message. Conforming to other people's standards of beauty and attractiveness, controlled by Eurocentric views, and the inhumanity of the industry which deals in buying and selling human hair and animal skin/fur.

The 3 major racial classifications - Caucasian, Negroid (Black) and Oriental Asian are noted by anthroplogists and classified by not just skin color but 'shapes' and appearances of facial features (eyes, nose, lips) as well as hair folicle shapes. The hair of Black people is naturally kinky and the folicles are spiral in shape. That's one issue Black men face when shaving. Some of them get 'shaving bumps' and use this special 'shaving powder' for their faces instead of using razors.

We are all the same yet there are differences and we need to recognize that.
