The problem with biopic movies is the story always has to be massaged to give the story an arc with a climax toward the end. If you really want a flavor of someone's life, I think a good biography is a better bet.

Recently a 'best friend' of Whitney's has put out a garbage book about 'I was her lesbian lover before she got famous'. I hope if these producers really have to make a jukebox movie about her life it doesn't include trash money-grabbing allegations like that.

One thing I heard is that Whitney introduced drugs to Bobby Brown and not vice versa. Bobby got dragged in the mud for how Whitney became unfortunately.

I wonder if the movie will climaxe with her drug ladened suicide.
