'Halloween' trailer shows Jamie Lee Curtis means business

Do we really need yet another installment in the Halloween series? Enough with the formulaic horror! It's just sad that talented actresses like Jamie Lee Curtis aren't offered better acting opportunities. She doesn't need the money - just doesn't appear to have any other viable film projects.

This is at least the second time they've retconned the franchise (and that's excluding Rob Zombie's take on it).

Ever since I saw the original movie as a kid, it's been one of my favourite horror movies. A shame they're ignoring the first sequel (the hospital chase scene was a classic), but hey, it's Halloween with JLC. Totally! Can't say no to that!
