Arnie put on a funny PSA about this. And Danny DeVito has always been a trip!

Japanese TV had a whole panel of "comedians" on most of the day yesterday, standing closely together, touching each other's faces and smacking each other on the back of the head.

It was like New Year's Day TV. I nearly opened a vein.

Derek Grebe: "Japanese TV had a whole panel of "comedians" on most of the day yesterday, standing closely together, touching each other's faces and smacking each other on the back of the head."

Yup, and not one funny thing about any of it. My partner insists on watching those horrible "red carpet" shows where people who want to become famous manzai acts have to make fools of themselves in front of 'established' comedians, and it is frankly quite embarrassing, and stressful to try to sit through. So, I just bring in my iPad and turn on Netflix or Amazon Prime and pop in the AirPods.

As tragic as this is, humor is helping people coop. It is much better than sitting at home getting stress out and depressed and weakening your immune system.

stay strong and laugh and make the best of your time in isolation. May we all pull through this mess together.

Moskollo: "You won’t find any help on Japanese Tv then.."

You said it better than I.

With a name like 'Steve Martin', I guess I can't help but to make a stab at it.

I've been long following the YouTube videos of Chris Mortesnson, Canadian Prepper, and John Campbell ... the latter whom recently pointed out that one of the symptoms of Corvid-19 was a loss of the sense of smell.

Though I am in Japan and somewhat secure with my hay-fever masks and a home-made UV light disinfectant box, my fellow Americans, state-side, are caught flat-footed with the lack of a mask-culture or Corporate Capitalist profitable testing kits. Putting one and one together ... I think I've come up with a solution.

Let's call it the 'pull-my-finger' protocol for testing.

Can imagine, but would rather not, a gauntlet of grandpas and uncles, index fingers extended, waiting at the airports, checking to see ... uh ... smell, who should be sent to quarantine or not.

Can someone tell me how I can patent this process?

Watch this lyric video, and sing or hum along if you like. Never mind if the words make little sense, just enjoy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtTcnEay8bo
