Just give us an all female Expendables movie that will be a cheesefest to enjoy.

Thanks for the warning. I'll be giving this a miss.

Bb, Hathaway, Blanchett and bullock get my vote.

Surprised they didn't cast a beautiful Black actress (Halle Berry?) though.

This will fail so miserably just wait.

Look at all the little boys making negative comments about a movie that’s not even out yet. Some men truly are afraid of women being seen as equals.

Are you serious? Unless this movie I about sexual harassment the editor has no idea what #MeToo means.

Not believable but sure can be enjoyed like many movies.

What about mixed gender movies leading roles ?

It's mostly the same people who claim they want to commit medieval torture on the mother and stepfather of the murdered child Yua Funato. I wonder how the two things are are linked?

Oh great, so there are metoo movies now? Give it a rest

The sequels of Ocean’s were crap movies. And now this #MeToo one!

4 white, 1 asian, 1 black.

Not good enough

It needs to be a perfectly proportioned cast of 2 each.

I don't care if their dreadful actors either or not suited for the role. Its not about merit.

Oh, btw, at least half of them should be gay or LGBTI

And the LGBTI ones must be referred to in their preferred pronoun.

Remakes with women gimicks dont work. Just make something new with a good story. Does the sex really matter if the story is interesting?

Matt, LOL!

tmarie, its just that its such a dishonest (even for hollywood!) obvious manipulation to cash in on the #me too thing, and peopleknow it. Very unlikely to be successful for just that reason.

AlfieNoakes, what on earth are you talking about?

Or, it could be they don't want to see a mindless remake done for the cynical purpose of milking a social movement for every dollar possible.

One would think that with the whole Weinstein episode and all you might be a little more skeptical of what goes on in Hollywood...

Did ya guys read the article?

And even though the film was started long before the Harvey Weinstein affair

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

Yeah we read the article, the movie wasn't going to be released...…..I assume there were reasons for NOT releasing & now low & behold, its being released...……...

GW, exactly.

The girl on the right Mindy Kaling isn't Black she's of Indian descent. Would have loved a BBC (beautiful black chick, just in case ;)

Why can’t hollywood come up with a new title and IP. All these hollywood all-girls movies are just riding on the legacy of old titles and IP.

If there’s no fanservice in this movie, expect this to bomb hard like the all-girls cast Ghostbusters.

More Hollywood crap coming up.

More crap. Black is not black enough, just signs of a divided nation :)
