Wow, that’s considered plus size in China??? My definition of obese is being so big that you loose one foot to diabetes and can barely fit through the front door of your house. Oh I miss America hehe

Good for them. Too much pressure to be unrealistically thin in the industry.

They could do with knocking a few pounds off but they aren’t that big. I can imagine the rehearsals will get tougher. They could be in shape after a month or so.

Best up the food intake to keep the image or maybe transforming themselves into ripped cheetahs rather than tubby pandas is part of the plan.

Good luck, no excuses though, from running away from a salad.

These talent agencies will stop at nothing to squeeze the last yen, or renminbi out of a waist line.

Ironically, all the running around in circles, jumping up and down could mean Produce Pandas, won't remain plus size arbuckle for long.

That's a radical departure from the industry standard seen in South Korean super groups such as BTS, whose lanky young members are sometimes referred to in China as “little fresh meat."

In Japan, they'd be could Little Johnnys!

In America, their name would be "The Skinnies".

Damn! Talk about brutal honesty.

Compared to the Fat Boys, these guys are practically starving.

Produce Pandas, are by no stretch of the imagination anorexic.

Neither are they wibbly wobbly, gothopotamus, lardy scale dodgers.

If you can't count the chins, well it is a step in the right direction.

A smidgen close to a PR stunt, me thinks.

Nah, man. Flat girls ftw!

They would make the monthly Anorexic Magazine Centerfold in America.

They really do not look that big. Maybe they can use the big boned excuse.

When my wife sits around the house, she sits around the house.

I really feel sorry for the younger generations that are exposed to this crap, wrongly labeled music.

When will Rock dominate the world again? Last 20 years with Pop and Hippop, real musicians are having hard time.

I could join then, I'm very plus size. To my wife, my shirt is a tent she could use in a disaster.

Lol! I used to hear the same thing until mine joined the club!

That is "plus size"? Compared to what?

2009 UK - The fat tribute band - Take Fat! A pun on Take That.

Blobbie Williams, Gary Lardo, Jason Chocolate Orange, Howard McDonalds & Mark Growin made a career out of mixing comedy with music.

we hope to use the term ‘plus-sized band'

Are we sure they are referring to their stomachs? Their female fans may have more to say about this. (But if so, I have little to contribute.)
