The expression "grow some" springs to mind.

Oh and maybe, don't cause trouble where there isn't any.

I guess they could award compensation but remove any earnings made, plus the several decades of interests.

Silly rabbits.

This is what the brazen Hussey said just 4 years ago:

Despite being visibly topless in the epic drama, Hussey said she felt at ease on set.

“I think because it was done very tastefully,” she explained. “And in Europe, it was very different. In America, it was very taboo. But in Europe a lot of the films had nudity. Nobody really thought much of it. But it was just the fact that I was 16 that got a lot of publicity… The large crew we worked with was whittled down to only the very basic people, a handful of people. It was done later in the day when it wasn’t busy. It was a closed set...

“If you see it, the reality is these two young kids married against their parents’ wishes and have this one night together and then they die… And it wasn’t really banned in any country… And we shot it at the very end of the film. So by that time… we’ve all become a big family… It wasn’t that big of a deal. And Leonard wasn’t shy at all! In the middle of shooting, I just completely forgot I didn’t have clothes on.”

Cut the scene (or edit it to not show any nudity), give them some of what they request, make a public statement that underage nudity is unacceptable, and be done with it. Yes, Hussey's own comments cast doubt on her intentions, but all the same, the publicity scandal is better put to rest quickly, especially over as loved a film as Zefferelli's R&J.

So they will be giving back their golden globes?

Patently a money making scam suit.

Another frivolous lawsuit. I used to respect Hussey and Whiting for their mature take on their scenes in the movie back when they were being interviewed about them in the early 70s, but I guess I don't anymore.

Saw that movie when I was a kid (younger than either R&J)... I have a DVD of it all these years later...not at all for those scenes...it's a classic brilliant rendition - the drama - the music is a bit corny...

If they were ggonna bring this law-suit is it simply some contractual agreement expired?

"people got a 2 sec flash of my boobs for 50 years...but now it's innapropriate"

All men, all theaters, all directors, all male musicians, all corporations, now be on the alert, if at anytime you become rich, it at any time you slept with a woman, talked to a female coworker, complimented a female client, co-worker, fellow female student or teacher, said Hi with a to large a smile to a random female, you need to be prepared for the possibility of accusations, legal action ( places like Canada no longer have statute of limitation so 70 years later you can face charges only on the word of a "female") or as we see here laws suites.

Now more than likely if you are rich or your business is family owned they may wait for you to be dead as it makes defense far more difficult ( see David Cassidy).

Suing the estate of dead rich or celebrities is popular now. Oh wait correction rich male celebrities!

... a storm in a B-cup, indeed, not worth googling... It was ok from 50 years and they've happily got a very nice income out of it. But the greed got the best out of them. Really pathetic.
