Trash

Like many people his age from New York, De Niro knows all about Trump. Which is why he hates his guts.

11 ( +22 / -11 )

Always projecting when he attacks someone, always mentions their intelligence...... Something else you’re insecure about Trumpy?

6 ( +16 / -10 )

Watching Dinero do that and the moronic bandwagon audience response was pathetic.

Remarkably similar to a Trump rally.

DeNiro should stick to movies.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

Does this man-child know how to spell? Every single twitter or message seems littered with 'mistakes'.

11 ( +14 / -3 )

We get it, DeNiro...you're not a Trump fan/supporter. The Hollywood Bubble will never accept that Trump was elected by average citizens who don't reflect Hollywoods lacking morals.

The Hollywood Bubble will never accept that Trump was elected by average citizens who don't reflect Hollywoods lacking morals.

Instead, they reflect the morals of a man who sexually assaults women, wanders backstage at teen beauty pageants, sleeps around, lies to the people of the US and makes racist and sexist comments.

11 ( +17 / -6 )

Honesty, President Trump shouldn’t response to has been actor like DeNiro. Waste of time and worthless. People most likely don’t care what liberal Hollywood got to say but response to them gives them some legitimacy. But then again, President Trump is being attack and we all know President like to hit back! So I’m cool with it!

-12 ( +4 / -16 )

That’s why they hate him. Trump fights back. Unusual, but why not. Deniro’s behavior was despicable.

As for someone saying Trump didn’t say that to Stallone? Well Stallone didn’t say F Obama at high schools.

Anyone defending Deniro has totally lost my respect.

-11 ( +5 / -16 )

Too funny!

I'm wondering how other Presidents would have responded to Hollywood snob Robert (made a lot of his money glorifying criminals) De Niro?

Obama

"It's unfortunate"

Bush

"Well, ya know..it's a free country"

Clinton

"It's unfortunate"

Bush

"I won't respond"

Trump

"Robert De Niro, a very Low IQ individual, has received to many shots to the head by real boxers in movies"

Priceless!

Instead, they reflect the morals of a man who sexually assaults women, wanders backstage at teen beauty pageants, sleeps around, lies to the people of the US and makes racist and sexist comments.

Oh golly gee! For a minute there I thought you were talking about John F Kennedy.

Please, we should feel sorry for De Niro. He is mentally sick and needs to be in an institution for the mentally ill.

As for De Niro's I Q, those that curse, have a difficult time properly expressing themselves.

-12 ( +4 / -16 )

DeNiro should stick to movies

Trump should stick to porn stars. His wife would appreciate the load off.

6 ( +15 / -9 )

Readers, please cut out the acrimony.

DeNiro fell off his perch years ago. A "B" grade actor at best now. Only good gigs are those dodgy old timer "comedies" where they do a bank job or jump out a plane.

Hopeless has-been looking for his next 15 minutes.

Don't get why he's so miffed at Trump. (Maybe Alfie Noakes can elaborate coz I ain't got a clue)

Trump has just pulled off an amazing piece of leadership with little Kim (assuming it doesn't go south later)

Maybe DeNiro should take a look at that? Something nobody else has even come close to.

Twitter spats really are pathetic.  Reflection of how petty our social intercourse has become.  De Niro made some great movies, but not sure I like him posing as a young radical.

3 ( +8 / -5 )

Depicting mafia types on the big screen in movies like Casino best describes DeNiro's contribution to America...wow what a great role model and portraying a gangster rapist in Goodfellas...Trump was elected overwhelmingly to make America great again which he is achieving.

-6 ( +4 / -10 )

Are these out of touch has-been actors on the Trump 2020 re-election payroll? They certainly are helping Trump's cause

-6 ( +2 / -8 )

Trump was elected overwhelmingly to make America great again which he is achieving. more fake facts again, not overwhelmingly far from it, making America great LOL most of AMericas actual allies hate Trump also, but China Russia NK communist have grown to love him.

"Robert De Niro, a very Low IQ individual, has received to many shots to the head by real boxers in movies,"

Not that we didn't already know it, but this comment makes quite clear who has the actual IQ out of the two, and that Trump is about as smart as his wax museum statue. We definitely know which side Eric got his brains from.

I bet if DeNiro challenged Trump to an IQ test, he'd run and hide as he did when others have given him the same challenge. The man's a coward.

3 ( +5 / -2 )

Yeah, movies full of violence and foul language. Great contribution to society Deniro.

And not a decent film for going on 30 years.

Meanwhile Trump has just done the impossible inSingapore.

-6 ( +2 / -8 )

Raging bull to whining grandpa! Go get em Gramps!!

-7 ( +0 / -7 )

Donald has given away something for nothing. He is rude, insulting and not fit to be President of the USA.

4 ( +8 / -4 )

As much as I like DeNiro, he should hold himself up to a higher standard than saying a banal comment like "F___ Trump" especially at an awards gala. A little bit of class goes a long way.

4 ( +4 / -0 )

DeNiro is upset, I get it, the libs have No power, they’re grumpy, no new ideas, they have to constantly reboot movies. Sad, sad day for the Hollyweird community.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Lucky it wasn't the "brainy" Sylvester Stallone who he was challenging!

0 ( +1 / -1 )

Oh no, a celebrity said something nasty about the president of the US!!

He will surely show him with a misspelled insult tweet!

0 ( +2 / -2 )

Does anyone even care what DeNiro thinks? Lol

as if these people know anything about policy, they claim they are for the people, they give two.....about the people. With the exception of Mia Farrow and Angelina Jolie, none of these people wan anything to do with the poor. They want taxes raised, but not theirs. Hypocrites all of them.

-6 ( +0 / -6 )

Hollywood cares about its own - that's it. Once they get that SAG card, a few hits under their belt and the money comes pouring it, they shed their Average Joe/Jane persona. Hollywood loves to tell YOU how you should live.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

This was a vulgar comment, no matter how much I agree with it - it shouldn't have been said in that setting. Time to apologize Mr DeNiro, and do something that our current President lacks the integrity and common decency to do.

Next time just do your best Travis Bickle and and say; "Hey Cheeto face, you talkin' to me.....you talkin' to me?"

2 ( +4 / -2 )

Trump doesn't jab, he kicks, scratches, bites and pulls hair. probably not so much kicking with his bone spurs

2 ( +3 / -1 )

sam white: Trump was elected thanks to the electoral college, NOT the "average" people who have voted with a majority for HIllary ...

1 ( +1 / -0 )

Trump does not know what De Niro's IQ is. Does Trump even know what "IQ" stands for??

2 ( +2 / -0 )

Trump may not be articulate but he is not stupid and he is certainly smarter than DeNiro. The fact is he won the presidency with all the odds against him. Those who call him stupid should look at themselves in the mirror and think if they could have achieved that.

-1 ( +0 / -1 )

DeNiro's behavior is as bad as Trump's. If you want to call out someone for their lack of class, try to have some class yourself.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

Go Bobby!

@Bigyen

Okay, I’ll explain.

Firstly, I think it’s atrocious for anyone to use that kind of language on TV and at High Schools etc. attacking the President with foul language like that is wrong. The people who applauded were wrong.

I’d say the same if Stallone or Clint Eastwood did the same to Obama or Hillary.

Second you said “you guys”.

But I’m not saying Deniro is a bad actor. I think he’s great. But it’s hard for me to watch his movies now after his behavior. I don’t feel the need though to say someone is a bad actor or singer because of appalling actions.

Okay, so your main question is why does Trump have to get down to his level?

He doesn’t. But it’s his right. And Trump isn’t Bush or Obama. But, if Republican actors had said F Obama at high schools and major awards, maybe he would have said something. Fortunately, he didn’t have to put up with that. Nobody should.

The situation is now ridiculous.

But that’s America now.

Anyone can give a speech or be an MC at any event and say F@@@ you to anyone they like?

As for him insulting all boxers - he didn’t. He only talked about Deniro.

Once again Trump criticizes one person, and his haters will allege he’s attacking a whole group. It’s a good tactic but intellectually dishonest.

1 ( +1 / -0 )

You may be with Trump or against Trump.

He is the President of United States. He was elected to office. GET OVER IT! I have. I like some of the things he is doing and dislike some of the things he is doing. But I am sleeping a better at night after the summit.

At least have some respect for the office. De-Niro has acted in many films. He was amazing in Good Fellas to his credit. Personally do not know him.

As a public figure he has a responsibility to set an example. Dropping the F-bomb on TV. is totally unacceptable. But hell what do I know. Freedom of speech. He can say what ever he wants. However, I think he (DeNiro) is just helping Mr. Trump to get re-elected. Democrats fight dirty. Always have always will.

I am not going to stop watching the God father and Good fellas over it.

Fagetttabout it!
