I am clueless and totally disinterested in these superhero movies but I knew that guy was Cena just by looking at his arms.

Yes @Pukey 2:27p. It is John Cena. -The RED shirt with a ‘falling eagle’ motif AND a high ‘Mandarin-collar’ was also a give-away.

It was worse than the first one. A total remake failure. It's seems like the budget for this one was definitely smaller. The story was worse. Disappointing characters except for Harley Quinn again.
