This is a huge problem - that men are simply unaware when their behaviour is unacceptable.
Why don't the women try telling them? you say? Ha.
Strangerland
Please don't speak for me. Or the other men that are not as you describe above.
Maria
Amazing. That's the thing that bothers you. Not the generations of women who have put up with this kind of harassment, but your hurt feelings due to the omission of the "Not All Men" hashtag.
Strangerland
I didn't make any comment whatsoever regarding my feelings on women's issues. Please don't prejudge me without first confirming my feelings.
But as always, two wrongs don't make a right, and attributing the behavior of some bad men to all men is misandry, which is just as bad as misogyny. So yeah, I pointed it out. Are you under the impression that all men are as you described, or that it's ok to attribute that to all men simply because of the bad actions of some men?

Oh joy, another liberal-left Hollywood icon falls, hoist by the left's own petard!
Blacklabel
yeah this seems like it will never end. Russell Simmons not only accused now by a 17 year old but also by Terry Crews of asking him to give a pass to the agent who groped Terry. Liberal Hollywood just consuming itself with no end in sight. Should be another Democratic congress person soon the way I hear it.
Strangerland
Nice! Another republican bites the dust!

Anonymous and or unfounded allegations rumored to soon be more popular than cell phones according to several unnamed sources.

If he's done it; he should leave the show. At the very, very least.
Those who have a problem with anonymous sources; why don't you use your actual names here instead of usernames?
Ah, I see...

That's the problem, trial by media, guilty until proven innocent.

Strangerland, if you are a man, and if you are innocent of harassment and of making women of your acquaintance uncomfortable, then this isn't about you. This is about the men who do harass and who do behave wrongly.
When people react to the very real problem of sexual harassment not by criticising the aggressors, but by blaming those who do criticise the aggressors, then their priorities are messed up.
Strangerland
Which is why I asked you not to include me with them in my original comment.
I agree, though I do not see what relevance it has with anything I’ve posted, as this is not something I’ve done.

To those who are more concerned with semantics than sexual assault - you're not worth the time or attention, but I hate to imagine other people might read what you have written and think it is ok to behave as you have and derail a topic with your insecure nonsense.
Not once haa anyone expressed any criticism of the men who do harass, attack, abuse, rape. Not once have you expressed concern for the women who these men harass, attack, abuse, rape.
Abhorrent behaviour.
