At least in US they don't accept bow and closed door settlement unlike in Japan,
defendant just need to pay that money. That's not cheap.
All of this cover up finally being to public because Shukan Bunshun and BBC work.

The BBC is a fine one to talk. Many still remember Jimmy. And they pounced on Sir Cliff without evidence.

Good.
Quit amazed at how all of this has quietened down now here.

"Oh well, what's done is done. Why can't we all just be friends and move on?"
Jullie Fujishima and others should be totally out of entertainment and be on charges themselves.

If True, I hope they both take this sum business and others like it to the cleaners, I hope they win and provide the spark for all other youths who are suppressed to take action and start claiming their dignities.

Suing Johnny out of left field USA - way to go!
Alan Smithee

This sounds like a non-case.
One time tourists from a different country, suing a dead guy for sexual abuse that happened over 20 - 25 years ago in a random hotel?
Do they actually have any kind of proof?
I'm all for people getting redemption from the Johnny's corporation, but this seems absurd.

Since the company already recognized the abuse happened, this seems to be a pretty strong case. It appears that the company failed to consider that this US lawsuit was possible and were caught with their guard down.

Yes unless you can make an argument for consent from a minor.

Japanese major TV channels who had intended to restart business with "johnny's talent" by fabricating false atmosphere as if every issues completed, they are reluctant even reporting this news.
Some channels spent over 10 hours from announcement until mentioning this news, other channels ignored this news itself.
Even TV channels still prioritizes immediate profit than human rights issues or journalism in Japan.
