The 23rd Japan Jewellery Best Dresser Awards were held this week in Tokyo, with nine celebrities being honored for looking the most beautiful in jewellery.

Actress Kyoko Fukuda, 32, winner in the 30s age category, was asked by tabloid media if she would like to receive a wedding ring soon. "Not at all," she replied. "I would like to continue working hard."

Other awards were given to singer Kanna Hashimoto, 15, actress Mirei Kiritani, 25, and actress Rie Miyazawa 41. A special award was given to singer May J., and for the men, figure skater Daisuke Takahashi.
