Between the computer-geek girl's (sorry, I couldn't stomach more than three episodes so I don't know it) vapid stare and ridiculous naivety, Jack's White-Hat complex, laughably stereotypical villains (both terrorists and politicians), & the fallacy that real-time intelligence can always be derived with a bit of torture (er, "enhanced" interrogation. Sorry), nothing said GWB/Fox like "24".

When the head of the Airforce Academy puts in a plea to stop making torture acceptable, that might be an indication that things have gone awry

So rather than 24, it's really 13 hours? (2 hour opener plus 11 hour long episodes)... so why not rename it "13"?

...Kiefer Sutherland...one should hope that in the meanwhile he's finally found time for some good drama classes...
