She makes a pretty good salary.

Two days ago, he described her as “petulant,” “snippy” and a “f------g spoiled brat.”

Just going from this article Both appear guilty as charged.

Award her the 12 million, minus the 6 that he is asking, then have her return 5 for the abuse of flyer points.

She gets a total of a cool 1 million to pay her legal fees and they all walk away and get on with their lives.

Cash grab. If she didn't like it, she should have quit.

He could’ve settled and kept this nice and quiet.

Sounds like he had nothing to hide, though, aside from asking for some back scratching.

11 years she supposedly put up with this.

11

years

You will never find me offering sympathy for someone who had the freedom to quit or leave yet supposedly allowed his or herself to go through so many years of ALLEGED ABUSE and then come out demanding millions....or.....ANYTHING.

Doesn't matter the situation. And I will be saying this again shortly, pretty much guaranteed. Absolutely SICK of these sort of cases falling fromt he sky like rain these days. SICK OF IT.

I can assure you, as personal/executive assistant you are more than likely going to be called at odd times, and you are more than often times going to see your boss angry and probably experience what he/she is like in that mood; if that boss is abusive or in any way affects your mental health, you are free to resign and seek a lower paying job, this woman was not forced to work as De Niro’s secretary and neither was she lacking financially considering the extraordinary sum she was being paid as far back as 2008, do you know how few people got paid as much as $75,000 at that time? What we have here is just another entitled person trying to cash out and discredit a celebrity while using gender as a means to go about it cause in this society it usually works. It’s cases like this that end up discrediting the actual cases where a person was truly abused or discriminated against because of her gender. Sad.

@Keepyer Internetpoints Easier said than done. I have a close friend who is CURRENTLY a EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT for a very rich and power banking family!! The guy refuses to ride on commercial airlines which I can understand so he flies to his board meeting across country in a private jet. With that said my FRIEND is paid $200,000/year just to be his flunkie. I understand, yes these people are RICH and yes they can be arrogant as hell and I have witnessed it myself. I met this person and after having a conversation he wanted to meet again which I did I found his ways over bearing and I did not work for him. He TRIED to tell me how I should live my life and I am looking at this guy knowing he had a $200k cocaine addiction. I won't go any further but what I realize and reading this story I say its easier said that done because these rich people look you down. Do you really think the frequent flyer miles meant anything to BOB? I doubt it because if it did he would have done something about it right away for him it was meaningless at the time he realized them missing if it was important he would have fired her on the spot just as some has said she could have quit at anytime. People want to work but people also want to be treated like people and IF YOU EVER HAD AN OPPORTUNITY to be around these RICH people it will make you want to puke because they think they walk on water so if he had an out burst in court I could understand why and that is because of who HE THINK HE IS and can get away with. Reminds me of my friends situation,
