Enough already of these super hero movies. They’ve been done to death

"What comes next will be very different, will be very unique," Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige told AFP.

I doubt that very much.

The last big release made over $2bn before DVDs have even been released. It wouldn’t make much business sense to stop making stuff that is generating huge profits.

Oh you underestimate Disney, they own Marvel and will milk their franchises for all its worth whilst making a boat load of money.

I don't have an issue with them releasing so many super hero movies even though I don't watch many of them. With the amount money they make the public are still clearly interested. Let it be.

I saw the previous Spider-Man movie on DVD at a party and it was a bastardized piece of trash. Spidey was reduced to a (teenage) wimpy whiny weakling boy and the special effects in sound were robbed from every thriller in the book. Everything was Cliché City. Stan Lee is now turning CCW in his grave. I hate it! It has none of the social issues/adult life references that the original comic strip had or tackled. It's become a tacky commercialized pile of crap.

Let it be.

It should've been 'let be', alright. Now it's an irrelevant tired 'old hat' with no innovations whatsoever anymore. It sucks. I reflects Hollywood's total lack of ideas and imagination. Just add water. I hate it!

The idea of entertaining movies wont die off until movies themselves die out. If superhero movies no longer entertain you, then find something that does.

The current superhero movies more often than not provide a laugh or two, some great CGI and with the right actors and a half decent story it has the power to entertain for a couple of hours escape from harsh realities. As it should be.

It is not meant to be life changing. Don't expect it to be. It is light heart'd entertainment and it works for me.

Then why are you complaining? You don't like something, so it shouldn't exist?
