Japan's FM airwaves have long sounded like elevator music service providers, thanks to guys like this. What is this obsession among Japanese program directors to provide "relaxation" and relieving stress"? The omnipresent Hawaiian music is my particular pet peeve, bossa nova comes close.
People want to hear good, gutsy tunes. No wonder the very few stations lose money hand over fist.

wtf masks ? in a pandemic at an event to aid those suffering through the pandemic, and you forgo masks? even variety show dorks are glass screening themselves!

Personal (or is it given)preferences may differ, but the utter lack of political engagement costs a lot of sympathy in Europe.

I liked a lot his first few books, but cannot stand the recent ones, it may be that he changed his style but maybe it is me who changed.
