I'd rather eat a juicy steak than go to their concert.

Me three. Juicy steak, eggs, cheese, cottage cheese and butter (for the baked potato), a burger, etc. - gimme! Yum! Going to their egotistical trash music shows is a waste of time and money. Besides, if they split and hate each other after 5 years - the deal will be off!

Do I think that Beyonce and Jay-Z will be in the limelight 30 years from now? I doubt it. They are shooting stars at best.

Those two can afford to employ qualified cooks who would be able produce mouth-watering vegetable delights while the hoi poloi (like me) would have to subsist on boiled cabbage and baked beans. Bring on the steak, eggs and cheese.

No meat, and no dairy........what else is there? Salads and starches?

> rap mogul Jay-Z vowed two of his daily meals would be plant-based.

So that third meal will be a flow of ribs and omelets?

another episode to show you just how self-absorbed these "celebrities" can be they don't even realize how ridiculous they look or sound sometimes... just another entertainer that thinks the whole world is just waiting for their newest instagram picture....

They keep selling out everywhere - the Louvre even thanked them

"More People Than Ever Visited the Louvre in 2018 — and the Museum Is Thanking Beyoncé and Jay-Z"

The Louvre Museum reported a new record in visitor numbers in 2018, and it's crediting music superstars Beyoncé and Jay-Z, AKA The Carters, according to Reuters.

The Carters’ 2018 music video, "APES**T," was filmed in the historic museum, featuring some of the museum's key works of art. The video has been viewed nearly 150 million times on YouTube since its release.

Reuters reported that the Louvre announced their visitor numbers in 2018 had soared to 10.2 million over the course of the year, which is not only a 25-percent increase from 2017, but also breaks its previous record of 9.7 million visitors from 2012.

You shouldn't have to get your tourism from being at a location where a crap music video was filmed.

The video for 'A View to a Kill' by Duran Duran was filmed at the Eifel Tower but it was already 'notorious' already, and Duran Duran is GOOD!

I've been at the street in San Francisco where a video by Frehley's Comet was filmed. Everywhere in that city is noteworthy in itself.

Hey, it got a lot of people into the museum - if ya can get people into museum, that's clout, lol

@Starpunk

15 Platinum albums, 13 of which are solo, in a 20 year career and over 50Million albums sold with a $900M net worth is more than a shooting star. I don't particularly care for Jay Z, but admiting his influence on Pop culture and his ability to remain relevant and respected even today shows that he is a generational talent. While they will not be making music 30 years from now, his legacy will still be spoken about as well as his impact on not only the music industry, but the sports and business worlds as well. Especially when his music career has created chart records that top many greats and some come second only to the Beatles.

As for changing my eating style for lifetime tickets. Not going to happen. Their concerts are still being sold out across the world after being in the music industry for over 20 years. But I would rather keep my money, enjoy my food, and listen to music in a relaxing setting.

I don't think 2 many have come close enough to them.

The Rolling Stones, KISS and RUSH have achieved the most platinum and gold albums - after the Beatles of course.

Me either. I don't follow people like that. I just want to hear the music. That's why I don't like these 'Christian' bands out there - they're 'message' over music. That's why I listen to, love and have seen U2 twice - no preaching, just rock'n'roll.
