To be specific, Wyman quit as a touring and recording member of the band. He still holds his share of interest in the Stones as a business entity.

Not quite. He still receives royalties for material he recorded and compensation related to his time with the band, but he is no longer a business partner and has no say over business affairs. His place was taken by Ron Wood.
