No Freddie, no queen. But good for them cash up. I will just watch the real thing on YouTube.

@Luky Lukman: John Deacon hasn't played with Queen for over twenty years.

This will be great. Last time I saw them was with Paul Rodgers, but Adam Lambert will be fabulous.

Half of a Queen really, no Mercury and Deacon long time retired from music although still involved in the business. Maybe is a great guitar player, that might make it worthwhile. These days, it's more Dr. May Astrophysicist still trying to reach the stars. Creator and producer of 3-D photography, including a book on the Queen. No need to top up the pension, his personal wealth is £130 million.

Bring Rami Malek, he's the true star of the film and the Queen comeback really.

Lambert is actually pretty decent as the lead vocalist.

If I can get tickets I would like to attend this show so I can say I have seen Queen.

No one. I mean no one riffs like May.

He is a guitar God!

What is your favorite Queen performance without Freddie Mercury?

Probably the closing of the London Olympics with Jessie J singing... totally different sound from Freddie of course... no-one can replace Freddie... but it was still great to hear Brian play that guitar of his.

I haven't followed the band since Freddie died, good luck to them but it's like The Doors (who released 2 albums after Jim) continuing without the frontman. Not exactly the real thing. Some bands can manage it; Marillion and Little Feat, I suppose. I saw Thin Lizzy play a few months after Phil had passed and it was emotional.

The best possible choice to stand in for Freddy is Adam Lambert.

I have no problem with Queen carrying on and I bet Freddy would give his blessing.

I saw Bohemian Rhapsody and now wish I hadn't. Like seeing the dirty kitchen of my favorite restaurant.

No need to top up the pension, his [May's] personal wealth is £130 million.

From everything I have heard him say when interviewed, it's clear that he's doing it for the joy, the rush, the love of it. Brilliant that he can and because he's beyond good at it. Kudos to him for not quitting. More people who are nearing his age (70 now, if I remember correctly) might be inspired to push past the cultural pressure to quit and be content to sit for the rest of their lives and do likewise.

Same concert as your favorite, but mine is George Michael singing Somebody To Love.

If John Deacon isn’t going to be on tour, no need to go and I’m a huge fan, but as previously stated, good on Brian and Roger to tour and make that money, I’m sure many fans in Japan will love this.

good on Brian and Roger to tour and make that money,

And when it becomes all about the money, art truly dies.

They don’t even have Spread Your Wings on the CD. Sheesh!
