I hope the performers in BTS are also getting paid an equivalent share of the profits. Always seems shady these idol management groups especially in Japan.

"$8 million" rumour

HYBE is a publicly traded company so how much they paid to BTS is in their earnings report.

HYBE paid BTS $150 million as of July 2020, excluding stock options. After all, this is the same company that the likes of Justin Bieber and Arianna Grande work for, and HYBE isn't paying BTS any less than they pay Justin Bieber.

HYBE pay package is such that Miyawaki Sakura just fled Japan to join HYBE. Supposedly cost HYBE a pretty penny to get her released from her existing Japanese contract, but HYBE is sitting on billions so money is not a problem.

Ex-IZ*ONE member Miyawaki Sakura reportedly to return to Korea to sign with HYBE

Japanese singer is expected to arrive at Incheon International Airport next week on August 23 to sign an exclusive contract with HYBE Labels.

She was an AKB ace. No. 3 ranker in 2018 AKB48 election(AKB48 election was suspended from 2019).
