I find it amazing how people living in Japan is so quick to dismiss the necessity of a servicemen, even with evidence engulfing their everyday life.

Just look at Ukraine at the moment, people are suffering because there isn't enough servicemen to defeat evil.

Afghanistan, look at what happens when servicemen leave.

HK, NK, when there's no one to defend you, you have to live by totalitarian rules.

begins to question both his memories of what happened and the world around him.

But never a killing machine in the hands of a corporate empire?

Pratt loved the book so much that he optioned it with Antoine Fuqua directing the first episode

Maybe he should read some history instead of some vainglorious fiction. I’d recommend “A Distant Mirror: The Calamitous 14th Century” just to remind himself how easily folks are wrapped into wars.

The team hired real special ops members to appear in a major combat scene in the first episode that sets the series in motion. It also employed former members of the military behind-the-scenes in a variety of roles.

Oh joy! Is this in between the useless dialog, woke showcases and steamy sex scenes?

No thanks Amazon
