Great. I am sure that they are not so ashamed for being from the same state as George Bush. If they take a look at how politics are right now they will be proud of President Bush.

What a strange comment. Trump being a subliterate fraudster doesn't negate Bush 2's illegal war and his responsibility for the deaths of 900,000 Iraqis. Bush 2 is a war criminal, Trump's just a criminal.

Good luck to the Dixie Chicks.

By exercising their constitutional right of free speech to criticize a president these three women had more cojones than most American men. They dared to call out the faux Texan who was all hat and no cattle, and who headed a cabal of unindicted war criminals to stain another page in the history of the USA. They put to shame those patriotically-challenged, flag-humping fascists by reminding us all that, to quote the bard of Hibbing, "even the President of the United States must sometimes have to stand naked". The Dixie Chicks deserve our respect.

They had the guts to call out the Iraq filth and pissed off a lot of people.

I’m sure many who were furious at the time later thought “Hang on, they had a point”

Good luck to them.

These ladies have guts and we need their rebellious free spirit more now than ever. Resist the sexist un-American warmonger traitor!

Rage Against The Machine they're not but they had to take a lot of crap from boorish idiotic armchair warriors who now wimpily admit that the Iraq War was a stupid waste.

Welcome back, Chicks!

Awesome! And they support Trump too. Love it!

Great band, strong women who stood up to Republican scum and got death threats for their stance.

Welcome back!

Hey,

It might never be the same-You think? After dissing G.W.B.

We might never live those days gone by-The fame and the ride has been over. Nothing but a cash in here. Nothing to see.

But we can try.-Gambatte.

The first lines in Baby Hold On. Ironic is it.

These talented young ladies expressed their concern with being lied to by President and his retinue, and for that they were branded as traitors, and kicked out of the Country Music scene.

Thought they disbanded years ago.

Whether you agree with their political stance or not, their being blacklisted for expressing it was and is a disgrace (and I don’t even like Country music). Alas the USA has previous in this regard. For a country purportedly founded on liberty and proclaiming it’s self the land of the free it is all too common for anyone expressing a view contrary to the currently accepted norm to be censored, denied a platform or blacklisted.

Didn't you dry up and blow away with Texas Tumble Weeds?

Nothing illegal and half the radical Dems that opposed him and Trump voted for it.

Good luck to the Dixie Chicks.

They will definitely need a lot of luck to keep up with the changing music. 14 years is a very long time to be out of music, lot of great acts to compete with. I doubt they have what it takes, but you never know.

Today's dissident is tomorrow's icon. These Chicks had to take a lotta crap for their opposing the Iraq War but a few years later their next CD entered the Billboard Album Charts at Number One. My my my.

The FBI harassed and possibly played a hand in the murder of Dr. MLK, calling him a 'Communist'. Now he's considered a Black American civil rights leader and icon by most Americans, except the hatemongers who never grew up in the first place.
