This is not the time yet to be doing huge productions, the movie bet a lot of money on things going smoothly to finish on time to be the first multimillion film to hit the theaters but obviously they are losing that bet.

In the UK, Over 70% of people over 18 have at least the first vaccine dose and about 40% have both. In England, 46% of the people have had both doses.

London is less vaccinated. 50%/29%.

The shutdown seems excessive if the work is outside London, but reasonable if inside. For people over age 50, vaccination has been varied by ethnic groups. 62% for some, up to 89% for white folks. Older people are more likely to be vaccinated across all ethnic groups.

If everyone on the Paramount set has been vaccinated, this is a little heavy handed. IMHO.

It's disappointing to read that Londoners are way behind the curve compared to the rest of England/UK. You'd believe that such a big city would be the top target for better vaccine rollout as it is about everywhere else in the world.

Geez, people. All this time Hollywood has had all this time to get their thinking caps on and come up with some originality, and not the usual remakes and this tired sequalitis stuff. But nooooooooooo............

They're doing it to themselves. 'Top Gun: Maverick' 36 years too late, a series of 4 sequels to the cliche-ridden dud 'Avalon' 10 years after the first one, and then these ultra-crappy Marvel and DC comics basterdizations.

The thrill is gone, man.
