Def Leppard talk Tom Cruise, 'Rock of Ages'

One of the best hair band. It is a pity that Elliot has lost the crystal clear quality of his voice. "Hysteria", "Love Bites" are timeless. I am crazy to see this movie.

Tom Cruise is, like many actors, absolutely insane - which used to put me off, but his no-apologies offered, home-brewed, tightly-focused insanity is starting to grow on me. He does his own stunts, he throws himself into roles like he were still in high school, and he chooses the most varied range. So, Scientology aside, the guy's got my support.

Tom cruise in a rock movie musical? if that is not a sign of the coming apocalypse then i don't what is :p

"Pour Some Sugar on Me" - wow! what a great song. Really defines the genre. Really brings it home. Can't say enough about that one. (!).

Pathetic they had to go to Cruise for this film; other wise it might have been worth viewing.

Wow. Critics don't even wait for the movie to finish being edited anymore! I'm not a big fan of Tom's cul... er... religion, but he's had a few good movies in his day. I'll withold judgement on this one until it actually gets released.

If "Rock of Ages" actually gets as popular as the hype suggests, I expect that other actors will jump on the bandwagon as well... Maybe Nicholas Cage or Leonardo DiCaprio will try to do Metallica... of course that would give me the creeps, big time.

80s hair bands.....please no. Then again, Def Lepoard weren't the worst offenders. The Final Countdown was a particular nadir.
