So facial features are also an issue? White people aren't drawn accurately either. Who has that big of eyes? And they all look plastic (cartoonish CGI).

The issue is that the character already appeared before - in "The Princess and the Frog"
And they changed her appearance from that
And now they're changing it back to her original appearance
If she hasn't appeared before, it wouldn't be an issue
