Disney to debut rest of 2021 films in cinemas first

Disney cheated Johansson out of her proper share, released her movie too late, telling a story of a character with no ‘real’ future, despite her great potential 10-15 years ago.

I see a settlement in the works with Johansson and a new bargaining chip for studios. At the same time the whole story isn’t being told, an unexplored IP with Disney or another company spurring Disney’s decision.

Agree with Henry - timing was bad. She didn't join other original cast members to voice her character in the new What If series (awesome by the way) but that's really no surprise with the bad blood between her and Disney.
