Elvis Presley lays in Graceland under solid concrete.

Little Richard was laid to rest in a quiet funeral last year.

Jerry Garcia and George Harrison got cremated and their ashes dumped into a river in India.

Prince's ashes are in a specially-made 'urn' box in Paisley Park.

So many other rock'n'rollers have died yet I don't recall ever hearing or reading about controversies or legal wranglings like this.

James Brown's had such a long influential career of Living and Entertaining in America and beyond but when it comes to posthumous legal estate issues this one surely tops them all. 15 years? That's just ridiculous, man.
