Film legend Bardot, nearing 90, enjoys her 'silent solitude'

Good for her! Happy birthday, Ms Bardot!

As an exploited sex symbol in her youth she got more than her fill of human animals and apparently gave up on them so she devoted her life to helping the rest of the animal kingdom. Bardot's antipathy to mankind, however, has led her into the murky territory of France's political right and their racial prejudices.

I like her views on Watson and the whalers. I liked her in a bikini too. I also like how she speaks her mind even if it is for the right wing of her country, which I can easily understand.
