It is a pretty amazing phenomenon, and I don't think the game (Pokemon Go) has been out of the top 20 App downloads since it launched in July 2016. I've played around with it, and I can understand why some get fully into it, especially with the cosplay culture here and abroad. Niantic has made BILLIONS off the game, and they keep holding massive events that keep the people interested. They have been very smart with this game.
