Microphones use XLR (Cannon) connectors, which have very firm locks on them. It takes a coordinated, deliberate effort to un-connect them, pressing a button and pulling them apart at the same time. You don't just kick them apart.

How about the presenter prior to Metallica playing? She was so busy pushing her own political agenda she didnt even make the time to announce Metallica or the name of the song. That is totally unacceptable.

They also played a Metallica song when Megadeth won best metal song and went to collect their award.

Ahh but in today's politically charged atmosphere, criticizing anyone, constructive or otherwise, is a PC no-no, if THEY are pushing their own political agenda at the time of their errors. Particularly if it is coming from one side of the political spectrum that is...
