He's a danger to himself - and others.

He is the Japanese Sonny Chiba if compared as Martial art but not in the politics. However acting wise, Chiba is far better.

Seagal lived in Juso in Osaka for a bit. That's probably what made him weird.

Used to be a fun martial artist to watch (Growing up, I loved Above The Law), now he is just another #me too conspiracy nut who could bankrupt a Golden Corral all you can eat buffet.

Kung fool, or the Karate coot, take your pick

Who?

Made some fun movies at the beginning of his career - not for his acting or even the storylines which were all standard action fodder. but for the sheer escapism of them.

Now old and fat and his movies are a joke. Like Gerard Depardieu a bit.

Japanophiles on here should watch his "Into Thre Sun". It is parodic and hilarious at the same time.

He lost conditioning, lost acting jobs, lost his mind then was invited to take out Russian citizenship. Now he is a Putin minion. Can he possibly go any lower?

Reckless, Seagal will land soon. he even booked a ticket for that rug on his head.

Jean-Claude camille François Van Varenberg, thats Jean-Claude van dim, has offered his services.

I thought there was a pro Kremlin party in the US because I didn't think they would say proKremlin if he's already there in Russia.

But no idea he's there nor that he was a citizen.

Yeah used to watch they guy too, esp when I just want to just drink and watch and not think about anything

I guess after Trump stopped defending Putin, Putin needed someone else to step up.

You'll have to ask Michael Flynn. (Or Mitch McConnell).

Sad muppet.

Does that mean he has to pay both Russian and US taxes?

3 ( +3 / -0 )

He can just move back to US and join the GOP.

I met Seagal a few years back around the mid 90's when he was still skinny at one of his affiliate dojos and he is a very tall and intimidating guy, he was ok, cordial, but very sure of himself, extremely confident and cocky and at that time it was in a very exclusive club in LA and he had 3 women that were with him. He really didn't look like a guy you wanted to tick off, but around that time he was still running, a lot of people don't know but the guy was kind of a marathon runner as well.

The guy just was weird, loved talking about himself, and while he has made a huge impact on the creation of a more realistic and very offensive and lethal Aikido, in his private life, the guy just has had problems with his marriage, spousal abuse, infidelity, was threatened by the mob, lawsuits, coming on to other actors partners, one, in particular, was from the late DMX. His reputation is so bad and damaged that NO one in Hollywood wants to work with this guy, that's why he produces a lot of his own movies and they go straight to DVD. I think that is one of the reasons why he bailed on the US, he was pretty much done and Hollywood was done with him. So that he does a stunt like this, I'm not surprised, look who we're talking about.

How that Weird Science girl ever got involved with him, I'll never understand. Can't remember her name, Kelly something, the one who doesn't want you to hate her because she's beautiful.

He's a Russian sputnik now, just like TrumpTraitor.

You say he had three women hanger-ons when you met him in the 90s. He proudly boasted about having Kylie Minogue on his list of conquests too. Did she then and does she now feel lucky about it? Lucky lucky lucky?

Good one, but I seriously doubt that a fine woman like Kylie would get involved with Seagal, now maybe he tried to come on to her, he's been known to talk to any woman, I think I heard he even impregnated one of his housekeepers. The guy just had no shame.

Steven Seagal wouldn't be where he is today in terms of opportunity, fame and money if he had been living in Russia.

That's what he claimed. A one-night-stand, he said he did a Locomotion with her. Arnold Schwarzeneggar has fathered a child out of wedlock with a housekeeper. However, he has paid child support all that time. That was stupid and he said so, he admitted to it in his autobiography (I read it, met him at a signing - nice guy).

What's wrong with you Nico ??? !!.. Besides you ruining Aikido now you are going to lick the boots of the Russians ?? .. How low are you falling... Pathetiiiiic !!!...

Hey I liked his movies too, just like all of you. 'Marked For Death' and all that. His stunt work is amazing to watch even now. But his biggest success was in America and he became a movie hero to the world because of this (just like Arnie did). Now Steven Seagal is a lapdog, a yes-man to Vladimir the Vile Villian of Cyberwar and Cyberpunk. What a shameful pity, man.
