Best Make-upist?

Think there will be a pitbull with lipstick needing a makeover pretty soon she can work on!

Are all these award presentations announced before they actually happen? I have never seen a sign in a Hotel or Convention Hall announcing "Today: Best Corn Plaster-ist Award Presentation".

Where are they getting the money to do all this stuff? Do they have the most moneyist award? I want to see who that person is or the person does the most contestists or whatever.

“Because I like dogs, I would like to develop cosmetics for dogs.”

"I would like to develop cosmetics for dogs"

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! This is the funniest thing I've read in a while! Perhaps Cleo can give her some advice!

I agree with rjd jr.

thepro - You'll be back.

Because I like sushi, I would like to develop cosmetics for fish. Best Make-upist and, later, Best Doggist. I'm still wondering who puts up the cash for these fiascos and do they really have a positive return on investment?

"I would like to develop cosmetics for dogs"

I can give her some advice right enough - Don't bother.

Ain't no way no cosmetics is going to make a dog look/taste/smell/feel better; you can't improve on perfection! All a dog needs cosmetics-wise is a daily brushing and a bath on days he's been swimming in the drains / rolling on the dead sparrow on the lawn. Use a perfume-free, very mild doggy shampoo. Dogs were never meant to smell of roses.

Passed this little idea of hers to my mutt. He gave it a total paws down. Though he did inform me that there was a male sheltie in the neighborhood who is a "little light in the leash" so to speak and that he might be interested in this cosmetics thing.

I knew I could count on Cleo for some solid advice - at least in this case!

I think she would be a better candidate for Miss World Pageant..no?

Hang on! Is it just me or is she not wearing make up? She doesn't resemble the trouts in Harajuku with 5cm eyelashes and make up smeared on with a cement trowl.

Disillusioned:

It's you

She also said, “Because I like dogs, I would like to develop cosmetics for dogs.”

Test it on humans, starting with her.

Agree with the consensus that the dog make-up comment is pretty amazing, but, I have to give her kudos for her "I like tanned skin color" quote. I get so tired of seeing the women here in the middle of summer with long black sleeves, gloves, and hiding under an umbrella. Give me a bronzed goddess anytime.

Wow, from the title I thought this would be an award meant for make-up artists, not their canvases.

And I agree with Mrs. Cleo. What sort of make-up could possibly go on a dog without making it uncomfortable? It's bad enough some people dye their dogs and put them fake nails with hellokitties and rhinestones!

Is this thing for real???? gosh, the thinsg that invent now, and the people who receive these awards!!! she´s a completely airhead

"She needs to trim her eyebrows she looks like Bert!!"

Don't say this. All you are doing is encouraging her to shave off her eyebrows and pencil them back in, so she can join the legions of bizarre looking fishpeople wandering around. Seriously, why do women do that, it looks awful.

Ms. Mori, on the other hand, looks great. Too bad about the whole "dog make-up" thing...

Ah, the heights to which the careers of Japanese women can soar. Must be an inspiration to school girls all over the country.

Look, don't put make up on dogs.

When a dog sees a dead animal, it'll roll around on it.

When a dog sees a pile of poo, it'll roll around on it.

A dog with boink anything.

Don't make dogs cute.

She also said, “Because I like dogs, I would like to develop cosmetics >for dogs.”

Why can't they use the same ones as the good looking women?

OK, she wins the award for "Weirdo."

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Forget her appearance or the award if you want, but I fully agree with this one bit of the line being "I like tanned skin color". Which some women have naturally though not tanned by the sun or tanning machines.

Bleached like skin looks terrible. Fact is as a normal Cdn whitie I have to admit that so many of us look so close to death in skin colour while some have toned skin as being part of live----how lucky.

Jeez, I'm so dissapointed, I thought she could have won the "Best Makeupist" award ...

beautiful young lady

Hey don't be so tough about the dog cosmetics thing - could just be lost in translation, especially since in English "cosmetics" is defined as any product to care or beautify the skin, scalp or hair. So could just be a nice doggy shampoo range.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

Stanoue- I beg to differ - she won the award for Best make-up for her face - and mentions "foundation" specifically. She did not win for her hair, her scalp - your "Doggy shampoo range" explanation just doesnt... wash. So we're back to "She's an idiot."

And just on that note'
