The defamation law in Japan is ridiculous. I know it sounds crazy, but you can be accused of defamation for saying something that is demonstrably true about someone. It's basically a gag order.

other comedians were lost many jobs by scandal, its situation still continue.

But, Japan's show business and TV stations are "tolerance" to person like him who had brought big profit. 

They already appoint accompleces of Johnny Kitagawa as if nothing happen.

"Hitoshi Matsumoto" insisted against article about his sexual assaults as "groundless", sued and demanded hundreds million compensation against weekly Bunshun.

But, trial is disadvantageous situation for him, his side had directly even threated or negotiated to victim side.

And, he gave up to win the trial this time.

It's equal to admit article about his sexual assaults.

But, his comment is far from honest apology, It's just excuses and evasion of responsibility.

Shamelessly, Japanese famous talents or screenwriter express to expect his early comeback, Japan's major media are making atmosphere as if he come back soon, who definitely criticize his sexual assaults is nowhere.

This country has learn nothing from "Johnny Kitagawa" case, distract eyes from inconvenient fact as ever.
