State Farms statement translates as “we will continue to harass her with legal disputes until she dies and the problem goes away”.

Stage 4 means her "breast" cancer has spread to other areas of her body. There is no "stage 5", by the way.
I hope Shannen is surrounded by loved ones from this point on out. I'm sorry that she has to go through the medical ordeal she has to, in addition to some meddlesome fight with insurers for cash that won't stop that cancer! But every bit can help strengthen one's family, even after one's departed from this ephemeral world....
