Hampy oh how wrong you are. The man took a wife that is publicly know to be on her back more than anything else. He is a ticking bomb and was like this prior to becoming somewhat famous.I gave up on him years ago. Ignore him and he and his famous?? wife may just disappear. Doubt it as the media seems to glorify and put idiots front and center.

I remember 10 years ago, Kanye came to our studio to cut an album, were a total of 3 days in the studio, the guy had BBQ flown in from a different state, same day service and I mean ribs, chicken, pork, the best meat that you can get in BBQ and the guy was so selfish, ate very little, him and his producer and he never offered his security staff, the engineers or anyone else that was around him some food, most of his staff didn't eat anything all day and he threw away about 90% of all the food, does he have to do that, No, of course not. But he is so unappreciative, selfish jerk towards EVERYONE and thinks ONLY about himself. The other reason why Kanye can be such a jerk is, you have to see his bodyguards to understand, why no one has ever tried to get close enough to punch his lights out. Kanye is NOT that dumb to say something, knowing that someone could knock him on his tiny A**!

On second thought, and from memory of the 2009 incident, it is all just probably bad acting: skits put on and scripted by the Grammy producers. Cannot really blame Kanye too much, except to say he could have refused it and should have, if so.

I had to read this twice, Kanye West suggesting Beck gives his award to Beyonce, how can he gave the gaul to think that Beck should listen to his opinion and give a well deserved award to a lesser musician. Not a big beck fan but the man knows music and unlike Kayne and Beyonce writes his own stuff and plays a heap of instruments, plus he mentioned "artistry" don't make me laugh!

Seriously... I know the Academy needs this guy to drum up support and play on stage, but have the nuts to BAN this guy from now on until he starts behaving (that is, ban him permanently). He gave the finger AND almost ruined Beck's award. And as far as this Mr West goes, don't forget, this is first of all a business and the Grammys are a huge PR exercise. Who earned more, the company that owns Beck... or the one that owns Beyonce? And which of these companies is Mr West affiliated to? As a wise man said: "There is no such thing as bad publicity!"

Beck's fault though. He should have grabbed his award and took off. Only then would Kanye be ousted from future events.

Instead the awards ceremony got more free publicity. So yeah, they knew Kanye would do something like this. It was all part of the plan.

The Grammy's need to file an indefinite Restraining Order on Kanye West and charge him with Tresspassing next time he comes within 100 Feet near The Grammy's.

Besides Beyoncé Knowles (even though she was awarded a Grammy) is not entitled to a Grammy just because she releases a Single or an Album.

Beck is a highly respected artist and his album was very good and he along with Sam Smith both deserved their Awards.

I think he's just slowly trying to get perma-banned from all the awards, one by one.

Getting tired of watching the same people over and over gain. Same with movie scene. It's one gigantic monopoly. Where are all the indie artists? Need to get rid of Hollywood & MTV types.

It actually wasn't a standout year for music. I have heard all of the albums except Beck's and all of the albums had good songs but also fillers. Beck is extremely talented and puts his all into his music as does all of the other artists. I heard Beck agreed with Kanye about Beyonce which shows what a humble person he is. Kanye has 21 grammys. He needs to shut up and enjoys what many only dream of.

Kanye West is a Beyonce leg humping joke! Its rumored that he gets really high or drunk or both before these award ceremonies...

Someone on twitter was pointing out that Beck plays 14 different instruments but Beyonce needs 4 song writers for one song. So yeah... Saying Beck isn't artsy. The number of artists still making killers records for as long as beck has is WELL into the double digits now, if not the low dozens.

Surely anyone criticizing West is a racist..... A person who doesn't care about black people.

So says the man who is married to Kim Kardashian, who is famous simply for being famous, and who's family, through their reality TV series, has possibly done more to "not respecting the craft" of TV in America than any other people on earth. What a hypocrite. And an angry one at that.
