They should’ve got Krusty the Clown
Bob Fosse
Too bad Hattie Jacques is long passed, she would’ve been perfect.

It’s a bit soon isn’t it? Now please don’t tell me predictive programming is just a conspiracy theory

PM Johnson could not be bothered to attend the first five government meetings about Covid 19. So Branagh may not appear until Episode 3.
Bob Fosse
So you truly believe, in the most famous example of predictive programming, that the previous US president’s appearance in The Simpsons 20 years ago was deliberate media manipulation to influence the future?
It’s a conspiracy theory, yes. Most tellingly because the main proponents are people like David Icke and Alex Jones.

Hope it comes as a double bill with an American version.

Should cast Worzel Gummidge to play Bojo.

Too soon, wait until the crisis has eased and there is some normality.
Jimizo
You could cast a burst mattress to play Johnson.

Maybe (Fox owner) Rupert Murdoch plays a long game...

I was thinking Borat vs. Boris: Livestock in Thongs to Lift Up Glorious Money Bags for Homeland

I would prefer the Spitting Image version.

Branagh is one of the finest actors our world has produced. I'm not sure this role will do him any favors.
Danny Nguyen
I'm not quite sure if that kind of project is fine for him. I really want to see more of him as Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot.
Mickelicious
Danny Nguyen,
He was a great Poirot, yes. Great talent wasted on a shallow, two-dimensional character like Johnson.
Jimizo
Branagh and Johnson are part of the same problem. Too much paid deference paid to those with the right backgrounds and right vowel sounds but have little or no substance to back it up. Hey nonny-nonny Ken is another pain the arse thesp off the production line.
Hugh Grant playing Jacob Rees-Mogg could be next up.

Who's playing Gove?
Jimizo
Jimmy Krankie
Bob Fosse
lol
Luddite
Already cast as Sturgeon. Gove will be represented by a drawing from Viz.
