She's deeply uncharismatic, you can see why she hides behind those masks and outfits. Stefani Germanotta is a mousy upper class New Yorker, she had to create the 'Lady Gaga' persona to gain fame, unlike Madonna or Britney, who achieved fame based on their own charisma and personas which were just slightly inflated versions of who they really are.
