What a great life story.
We still don’t know for sure but when I heard he had the virus I had a bad feeling.
RIP.
That’s impressive.

Sad news to lose such a great individual for the virus once again.
Many will say “he was close to 90’s, he would die soon anyway”, as I have been hearing regarding every elderly death Covid-related.
Whatever was days, week, months or years left, it is very sad to see someone departing earlier than what they were supposed to, due to a virus that could have been controlled from the beginning... should people and governments have taken the right procedures and truly cooperate.
RIP Mr. Larry King

A giant of a broadcaster. RIP.
Still preferred Uncle Gaybo.

He was one of the best. Not a self-effaced egotist and not a disgusting rude 'shock jock' either. He will be missed.

While I respect his contributions, he rarely went beyond a ‘softball’ line of questioning with his guests. There were exceptions, but in general the interviews he conducted were very so-so when compared to other interviewers.

Larry King was pure class. RIP

I remember his entertaining interview with Paris Hilton just after she was released from prison and had claimed she'd turned to religion. When asked by King what her favourite passage from the bible was, she was very evasive and said she liked them all. Fast forward to D.J. Trump and his 'relationship' with the bible and his ability to quote a favourite passage.

I'm stunned beyond words. I used to often watch Larry King Live on CNN. Rest in peace.

I wonder why people thought he was a star in some way? All he did was ask questions, right? Most 8 year olds are good at asking questions, so maybe that's the secret of success for King and Stern? Asking questions isn't hard.

He was a puff piece. He means as much in death as he meant in life and I'm sorry, but that is just an honest assessment..

It shouldn't be, but some of these interviewers just have no class. A number of people have walked out on rude interviewers. I remember Roger Waters of Pink Floyd walking out on Howard Stern who is well reputed for his uncouth 'shock jock' mannerisms. And Nancy Grace of CNN just had to hold hands with Paul McCartney, and she annoyed him by gushing like a teeny girl. Larry King was none of those things, he had class.
