Good thing about Universal Studios Hollywood is that you can go on a weekday and not have to wait an hour or 2 hours like USJ(pre and post 2020).

I am glad Universal Studios is trying to expand so much and rising in recent years to compete with Disney. For too long Disney have enjoy their dominance that they have grown to become extremely greedy and charge ridiculous prices on their fans. More competitions between them means better offers and choices for consumers.

California?! It won’t be long before Super Mario transition into a particular gender. He can choose from 100 plus choices.

If he’s that Super, Mario can fix the homeless problem over there!

When I was stationed in Orlando, Disney World was the place to visit but Universal Studios was already set for future opening. Now Disney World itself is Epcot (nice) and a Tragic Kingdom. The famous Electric Parade is gone and it costs $100+ just to get in! It was $17 in 1985 and now it's an obscenity. Oh and Disney films today SUCK out the wazoo.
And in Orlando that means variety. Variety and diversity in amusement is good, esp. for a resort city like Orlando. Disney has gotten too big for its britches and the sickening smug greediness of the people in charge now, not to mention how they destroyed the original fun and magic (and they bastardized my STAR WARS franchise!), they need competition. A kick in the butt.
Bring it on, Mario!

About time they upgrade that theme park…its surrounding neighborhood has more to see than itself…

That's good news. ☺︎
I think it's a good chance for Japanese Nintendo to spread further overseas.
