Surely there may be some video footage of the crash.

The trial in Utah hinges on who crashed into who.

"into whom?"

7 years is quite a long time to bring a court case to trial, even by American standards. Methinks the lad has a few screws loose.

He wrote to his daughter afterwards "I'm famous", and now claims that his "other personality" in his body wrote that. Lol.

Sued her initially for millions, now is settling for $300,000 seeing as he wouldn't get that. Probably hoped she would just pay that without going to trial to save face or something.

7 years after? Cash grab

$300,000. Its surprisingPaltrow didnt settle out of court, just to get the annoyance and time wasting out of the way. She certainly has the money. Big time entertainers like her often do so in situations like this.

I wonder if she isnt relishing the publicity and a chance to perform?

Why get fleeced by a crook - even if it is "only" $300k? I bet his eyes were spinning with $$$ signs when he finally realised she was famous and rich.
