Maomi Yuki introduces Gochiso Tuna Burger

Maomi Yuki, 29, returned home from Bali on Wednesday just in time to shine on the stage at an event celebrating the sale of hamburger chain Mos Burger's newest creation, the Gochiso Tuna Burger. The 320-yen burger went on sale nationwide Wednesday.

Yuki will also take over from Aki Hoshino on the Fuji TV show, "Minna no Keiba" (Sundays at 3 p.m.) from Jan 10. Yuki said that Hoshino advised her to "Take it easy when you do the show."

Another pretty girl. Japan should be proud.

I don't think the Russians who originally made the burger used a lot of grease like how they do in America today. Mos Burger really is good and worth the wait.

That sounds absolutely delicious. Tuna is so good.

Her kimono and the color arrangement is gorgeous, her hair style is not so good but the delicate colored obi and the blue kimono with the pink flowered pattern make up for the flaws of the hair. Her smile is not sincere but I would say if sincere she would be very nice.

If it aint made by Americans, it aint a real burger. Tuna burger! Ridiculous idea.

If they soaked it with a few pounds of grease and fat, would it satisfy the American interpretation of a burger? Probably...

I think I'll wait for the soon-to-be-announced fugu cutlet cheeseburger.

I tried the Shoga Shoyu version. Not bad! But, of course, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for it.

Colour of her kimono is very nice, but make up is too flashy. I am still wondering- why Japanese women put so much make up…

I don't really want to eat seafood prepared by 18 year old kids

I believe I'm the authority on this thread since I actually tried it today. There are two versions of this tuna burger - "Kaoru Buiyan" and "Shoga Shoyu." I tried the Shoga Shoyu version. Not bad! But, of course, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for it.

goddog, 'Tsuna' and 'maguro', (like 'raisu' 'kome' and 'gohan'), are two completely different concepts in Japanese to be used in distinctly different situations.

Maguro!

It says TsuNa. Why not just use the kanji 鮪? She probably doesn't know it actually. I love the colors on her Kimono, and I will try this burger. MOS has the best french fries. They actually taste like potatoes rather than grease.

She has big...ummm....shoes to fill with Aki Hoshino leaving.

When does she introduce Mos Burger's delicious new whale burger? ;p

Looks tasty though, I wouldn't mind munching on a tuna burger.

Does anyone else find that 'tuna' calligraphy thing hilarious?
