No it shouldn't. These people have enormous amounts of money and privilege because they knowingly sold their privacy for it. Maybe not so much the actor, but the singer has sold her private life again and again through social media and such. And made good money doing it. It's part of the package. If people weren't obsessed with their private life they wouldn't have nearly as much money.

Maybe they would be willing to trade money for privacy now, but you can bet they would rather surrender their privacy 100 times than go back the ordinary life that most people have to struggle through. Most people's lives are so miserable that they need to vicariously live through celebrity misery.

Both of them could achieve privacy easily, but they value their current careers more.

Sounds good, but it doesn't work if you actually love your wife and want to keep her. Say you are included half the time. You get some fringe benefits and your male friends all envy you, but at least one of those other women is going to try to drive a wedge between you. Sooner or later, they will get an opening, and you will break up.

It's much easier to compete against another guy for a woman's affection than against another woman. Women play that game way too well.
