There is nothing like a media franchise consisting of the spectacle of special effects combined with the "androgynous appearance with teased hair and make-up" to inflate a jurassic engineered ego. Far to much spandex for my liking.

Saw these guys open for Ozzy in 84 on the SATD tour. Decent show. But they had lost it by the time I saw them again w/ Whitesnake in 88.
