What difference is it going to make, really? About this time every summer it's the same old puke. Recycled, remade, bastardized franchises and junk films with cool SPX that can't mask the tired cliche-ridden weak stories. Same old BS wrapped up in newer glossier packaging. All the cool stuff I grew up with - STAR WARS, STAR TREK, etc. have been bastardized in newer producers' hands. And don't get me started on the Marvel comic books, Stan Lee is rolling in his grave.

And Hollywood insists that they'll put out sequels for the crap 'Avatar' and the paint-by-numbers 'Top Gun' (not all bad, but not very accurate. I'm a Navy veteran).

Originality is dead.

People need to take some risk in order to get around. Subways, trains, buses and airlines carry a high risk. Movie theaters also encourage close contact of crowds in enclosed areas, but seem like an high risk. Most people have some type of home theater system and can dial up a digital movie on demand. In your home. Where you can stop and start it anytime, eat, spread out comfortably and be away from strangers. Bye bye movie theaters.

They should have opened drive in theaters on major parking lots and other locations.
