Where can one begin?

I didn't like Stranger Things that much TBH. No idea why it gets so much hype besides likely major brown nosing

I liked Stranger Things quite a bit. Perhaps its because I was a kid in the 80s and there is a nostalgia factor at work, but I also liked the characters and the way the story unfolded.

I'm with you rainyday. Of course it was really derivative of King and Spielberg but it was also a lot of fun. I wish the upcoming It and Dark Tower are 1/2 as good.

Stranger Things was a marvellous retro hommage to Spielberg and King in their 80s heyday. I just hope the writers can keep the momentum going for season 2. Fingers crossed.

As for The Dark Tower; interesting potential, I'll give it that. Plus, great casting. That said; anyone expecting the exact story as detailed over 7 (or 9) books is in for a disappointment. Without giving spoilers; it's going to be familiar but different. This time round.
