If he stuck a gun at the man and forced him to 'do it', then it's a rape. Force is a factor. If the sex acts are not consensual to both parties, it's a rape. And there are many ways to rape a man, just like a woman.

And the allegations keep piling up on Sean, and these accusers don't know either one.

Just like Weinstein, Epstein, R Kelly, Cosby, trump - it adds up.

SMH scratching my head??? Mr. Combs have a history of sexually assaulting women and now its men. The rumor has been going on for years and now it is coming out. If he was not guilty why did he settle quickly with others. Ok he is a billionaire but still he can be guilty as hell and right now it looks like the chickens are coming home to roost. He use to date J-low and his wife mysteriously died and there was questions about how that happened. I don't think his problems are over because there have been implications that he was the money man behind Tupacs death and the guy who supposedly knows is locked up and is willing to tell all. This guy lived lavishly no job, nothing I wonder if he is on Puffy's pay roll. When you have a history of playing dirty sooner or later weeds will grow out of that dirt and now his situation is getting out of control and he has too many weeds to kill now. It doesn't look good!

A lawyer for Combs called the events described in the lawsuit “pure fiction.”

“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies,” said Combs attorney Shawn Holley. “We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them,” he added.

What puzzles me is that these accusations from many of the people refer to the article I've only serviced after many years if not decades after the crime is alleged to have happened therefore from a legal point of view what kind of evidence can be presented to the jury to support the cases?
