Under Swedish law you can defame the dead, if it is damaging to close relatives or dishonors the reputation of the deceased.

It should have been: you cannot instead of you can!

Defamation would be the charge...if damaging to relatives or dishonors the deceased...saying in Sweden, you can defame the dead, would be a correct sentence.
